Nitish Kumar Reddy has emerged as one of the most promising talents in Indian cricket. Born on May 26, 2003, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Reddy is known for his exceptional skills as an all-rounder. A right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-fast bowler, he has showcased remarkable performances at both domestic and international levels. On 28 December 2024 when India was far behind the Aussies in 3rd day of 4th test match of BGT he has completed his maiden test TON in MCG where star cricketers like Rohit and Kohli fail to take out India from trouble, he played like one man army. Early Career and Domestic Success

Reddy first made headlines during the 2017-18 Vijay Merchant Trophy, where he set records with a triple-century and a stunning 441-run innings, making him the highest run-scorer in the tournament’s history. His first-class debut came in January 2020 for Andhra Pradesh during the Ranji Trophy, where he quickly established himself as a dependable player.




IPL Journey

In the Indian Premier League (IPL), Nitish Kumar Reddy was picked by Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2023. His consistent performances earned him a retention for the 2025 season with a significant salary hike, solidifying his place as a rising star in the league.
